Do I Qualify For VAT Exemption?

If you or the person using the *qualifying product have a disability or a chronic (long term) condition we will not charge you VAT. Please contact us to confirm your eligibility and to place your order - we can only process VAT exempt orders over the phone or in person.   You do not need to provide us with any proof of disability or chronic illness, you will only need to do this for the VAT office if they select your form to do a random check.   If you qualify for VAT exemption you will need to complete our declaration form which we can send to you or you can download it.
