I would like to say Thank You for your wonderful service of my order with Daniel Store and for quick arrangement of my delivery. I would like to thank for the two gentlemen who were so helpful and smoothly delivered my order yesterday and kindly took away my old bed mattress. Last night, the first time I slept on Tempur mattress and pillow, my back and neck straight away felt different with more comfortable and I felt so wonderful, they certainly help my back and neck problems.

Thank you for sorting out the replacement bed, the lovely delivery guys even removed their booties and we're very happy with it.

The store seems to be an undiscovered gem and I have no doubt that I will be back.

You know a good company by how they handle problems. Our bed arrived, but the headboard was not quite what we expected. Even though this happened on a Saturday, one of the firm's directors, Tony Durkin, immediately came to our home to sort out the problem, gave us his mobile number so that we could contact him if necessary and resolved the situation to our complete satisfaction by the end of the week. We were delighted with the service Daniel Beds provided to us, and we are looking forward to many happy nights sleeping on our new Jensen bed.
