Bring fine dining quality to your home with this 28cm Cast Iron Shallow Casserole from the Nattura collection by Barbary and Oak. Crafted from high quality cast iron, the casserole has excellent heat retention properties to keep food warmer for longer and ensures even heat distribution for thorough cooking with no hot spots – ideal for creating heartwarming family favourites or showstopping roasts.
The soft colours make it the ideal centrepiece for any table settings and perfectly complements modern and traditional kitchens. Cast iron can withstand high temperatures and is safe to use in the oven or in the grill up to 240°C whilst it can also be safely used on any hob type, including induction for full cooking versatility. The enamel interior prevents food from sticking for simple serving and easy cleaning, whilst little to no oil is required for healthier cooking. The coating is free from PFAS, PTFE, PFOAS, Lead & Cadmium for chemical free cooking.
The generous 3.6L capacity allows you to create meals for 4-5 people so you can effortlessly create the perfect family meal, whilst it has a self basting lid that locks in moisture and nutrients to create dishes that are packed full of flavour in every bit. Handwash is recommended to keep the casserole in pristine condition and to keep the enamel coating working its best, whilst it makes the ideal gift for a wedding or as a housewarming present.
