Tickets are now on sale for our magical grotto experience – book early to avoid disappointment!

From 21^st November to Christmas Eve, you can visit Santa and his elves in our cosy grotto to get ready for Christmas. Bring your letters to Santa and post them in the official grotto post box. Treasure the moment with a professional photograph that will can be printed by our helpful elves.

Admission to the grotto is £17.50 per child, and includes an age-appropriate gift. This gift is randomised per age group to ensure fairness.

Due to demand, all grotto tickets are booked online. Unfortunately we are unable to offer walk-in slots, unless in the event of absence. In the event of a family not arriving for their booking, a walk-in slot may be offered by our team – these tickets are first come, first serve. We strongly discourage families from banking on a walk-in slot, especially if travelling from a distance, to avoid disappointment. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Please note, tickets are booked via the Visit Windsor website. Tickets are non-refundable. Any and all ticket enquiries should be taken to the Visit Windsor customer service team, found at: windsor.tic@rbwm.gov.uk. Ticket holders who contact Daniel of Windsor with enquiries will be redirected to Visit Windsor.

*This price includes admission, age-appropriate gift from Santa’s Grotto, and professional photo. Please note, this price is chargeable even if you do not wish for your child to receive a gift. This policy includes newborns. Adults do not need to pay for their admission. We are unfortunately unable to provide gifts for children not included in your booking.

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your booking. If you believe you will be late for your booking, please inform our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
